EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead enterprise reporting and analytics via Oracle Cloud. You will partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms across ERP/HCM/SCM/CX applications.

You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage delivery across geographies, and mentor junior members while driving AI-enabled analytics and client value.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics solutions.
• 4 - 6 years configuring reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and related systems.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FDI, OAC, and cloud-based data integration strategies.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud-based analytics engagements across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, data governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud-based data and analytics architectures across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other apps.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage distributed delivery teams, ensuring quality, budget adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business requirements into AI, data, reporting, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.
• Support business development through proposals and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior staff and foster an inclusive team environment.
