EY is seeking an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across ERP and related domains. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies and architect modern data platforms in a global delivery environment.

You’ll manage distributed teams, guide analytics roadmaps, and translate business objectives into scalable cloud architectures using FDI, OAC, and Oracle Cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle Cloud Applications.
• 4+ years leading Oracle cloud analytics projects across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FDI, OAC, and Oracle AI Data Platform engagements from strategy to delivery.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures supporting Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM/CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop analytics roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed teams ensuring quality, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Translate business needs into AI, data, and analytics solutions.
• Drive client relationships and act as trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Support engagement growth through proposals, workshops, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration.
