Job summary

EY is hiring a Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud. You will guide senior stakeholders, architect data platforms, and deliver analytics across ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX.

You'll manage distributed teams, drive proposals, and mentor juniors while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering enterprise-scale cloud and analytics projects.
• Experience defining enterprise reporting strategies across Oracle ERP and other systems.
• Hands-on with Oracle FDI, OAC, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, BI platforms, and cloud data integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDI, OAC, and Oracle Analytics engagements from strategy through implementation and support.
• Advise clients on reporting strategies, analytics operating models, and data governance.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures for Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, and other apps.
