Job summary

EY seeks an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across finance, supply chain, HCM, and CX. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to define reporting strategies, architect data platforms, and guide multi‑discipline teams through planning, execution, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information systems, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of technology consulting delivering cloud and analytics solutions.
• Experience leading Oracle cloud analytics engagements with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Analytics Cloud engagements from strategy through implementation.
• Advise on enterprise reporting strategies, governance, and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable cloud data architectures for ERP, HCM, SCM, CX.
• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, architecture reviews, testing, and deployments.
• Develop reporting roadmaps aligned with client objectives and digital transformation.
• Manage distributed delivery teams, ensuring quality and budget adherence.
• Translate business needs into AI and analytics solutions.
• Build client relationships and support business development and proposals.
• Mentor junior team members and promote collaboration.
