Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Solution Architect to deliver advisory and implementation services across client organizations. You will engage in full life cycle Oracle ERP projects, document requirements, design solutions, and guide deployments while training end users and providing post‑production support.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in cross‑industry consulting, Oracle ERP implementation experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related work experience in a cross-industry national consulting practice.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Industry recognized professional certification is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure or training on Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Strong leadership skills; able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents.
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes.
• Travel readiness; up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for deployment readiness.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Assist in identifying business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
