Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking an Oracle Manager to deliver advisory and implementation services within the Transformation Practice. You’ll work with a support-enabled team to help clients achieve their vision and objectives.

Responsibilities include leading full lifecycle Oracle projects, documenting requirements, configuring systems, creating training materials, and providing post-production support. Travel up to 40% may be required, with collaboration across cross-industry clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field.
• 4+ years of related consulting work in cross-industry clients at a national level.
• 4 full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, metrics & reports.
• Experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle Applications.
• Exposure/training on Oracle Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides for user adoption.
• Conduct training classes for deployment readiness.
• Provide post-production support.
• Participate in full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and training.
