Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/Route Accounting software and problem resolution.
• Strong requirements elicitation, modeling, and management skills.
• Experience with multi-system integration and workflow use cases.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile project methods.

Responsibilities

• Study business processes to determine objectives.
• Create future-state designs using workflows and diagrams.
• Analyze improvements and assist with change management.
• Identify gaps, prioritize, and design solutions with stakeholders.
• Write functional design documents for ERP customizations.
• Collaborate with technical teams to plan system flows.
• Support development with use cases and design specs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for systems.
• Draft design and control measures for ERP/Route Accounting.
