Job summary

Deloitte Consulting LLP in Columbus, Ohio seeks a Manager to lead Oracle advisory and implementation services, shaping project strategy and steering client-facing activities. The role involves managing executive relationships, guiding proposal pricing, and mentoring delivery teams across local offices.

The position requires deep Oracle Cloud experience, Agile delivery, and strong leadership to drive successful enterprise solutions at client sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
• 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation; or 5 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion CX Sales Cloud, OIC Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Siebel; Agile project delivery experience.
• Experience in design, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, and post-production support; familiarity with HP ALM Quality Center.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oracle software advisory and implementation services as discrete services or solutions.
• Lead overall project strategy by analyzing diverse business solutions.
• Interact with executives and sponsors; maintain relationships with top decision makers.
• Oversee proposal development and pricing strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to delivery teams and staff in local offices.
