Job summary

enGen seeks a senior leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite (Finance, SCM, PPM) and related finance IT systems. You will oversee a cross‑functional team of analysts, govern cloud upgrades, and partner with vendors to ensure reliable operations and strategic initiatives.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive implementation, optimization, and cost control while aligning IT capabilities with finance goals across onshore and offshore resources.

Qualifications

• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support)

Responsibilities

• Involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance system and solutions portfolio based on the finance business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements
• Coordinating implementation of system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades to assure optimal system performance, data integrity, and reliability.
• Ensures that financial modules are working effectively and efficiently and that quality measures are in place and routinely monitored.
• Lead, build and develop a highly skilled team with a deep understanding of cloud technology both onshore and offshore.
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.
• Lead the ongoing assessment of the technical and business fitness of the Finance IT services and solutions portfolio, their associated costs and risks, and rationalize them to maximize the business contribution.
