Job summary

enGen seeks a senior leader to manage a team responsible for the Oracle ERP Cloud suite, including Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM. You will oversee cloud application support, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and act as the application owner for Oracle ERP Cloud and related finance systems.

You will guide daily operations and strategic initiatives, driving implementations while ensuring data integrity and strong vendor relationships across global teams.

Qualifications

• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations of the department; develop policies and programs; may have budgetary responsibility.
• Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance system and solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate implementation of system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades for performance and data integrity.
• Ensure financial modules operate effectively; monitor quality measures.
• Lead and develop a highly skilled team with deep cloud knowledge onshore and offshore.
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers to meet needs cost-effectively.
• Assess fitness and costs of Finance IT services and rationalize to maximize business contribution.
