Job summary

enGen is seeking a seasoned Finance IT leader to steer a team managing Oracle ERP Cloud (Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM) and related finance systems. You will own cloud applications, guide daily operations, and drive strategic initiatives with onshore, offshore, and third-party vendors.

The role oversees implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization of the finance technology stack. The candidate will guide staffing, develop talent, and ensure system reliability while navigating steady-state

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or Information Technology, or closely related discipline.
• 7 years of managing successful projects and implementing technical solutions across a Cloud technology platform.
• 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP technology (implementation and/or support).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
• Oracle certifications preferred.
• ITIL certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching, rewards, performance management and staff productivity.
• Design and lead the implementation and maintenance of the finance system and solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate implementation of system enhancements and cloud quarterly upgrades.
• Ensure financial modules are effective and quality measures are in place.
• Lead and develop a highly skilled team with cloud expertise onshore and offshore.
• Manage relationships with major Finance IT vendors and service providers.
• Assess and rationalize the Finance IT services portfolio to maximize business contribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
