Peloton is looking to expand our Integrated Business Planning capabilities. We are looking for candidates with demonstrated experience within multi-dimensional database technologies. Specific technologies of interest include: Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) products and cloud solutions (PBCS, EPBCS, EPRCS). Individuals would be responsible for leading planning and reporting project work streams and deliverables for clients across the country.

The right candidates will possess an eagerness to partner with business leaders to develop unique and innovative solutions that result in real business results. Chosen candidates will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of team-based projects throughout the project lifecycle such as requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation, and delivery. Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities of the desired candidate are to provide professional and effective functional or technical consulting services to our clients, as well as play a pivotal role in the growth of the Integrated Business Planning Practice. This includes:

1. Recommending roadmaps and implementation plans
2. Gathering and analyzing business requirements
3. Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
4. Defining new and refining existing business processes
5. Managing a project and project team members
6. Mentoring team members in their career development
7. Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property
8. Participation in sales cycles through providing subject/technical matter expertise, estimating work, development of proposals and statements of work.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
2. 3+ years of Financial Planning, Reporting and/or Analysis or deep knowledge within the Planning cycle and best practices
3. 3 to 5 years of implementation experience with Oracle EPM Products
4. Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Products and Solutions (PBCS, EPBCS, EPRCS, FCCS, ARCS)
5. Desire and aptitude to deliver technology solutions to customers
6. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage the work efforts / priorities of other team members
7. Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts
8. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
10. Eagerness to mentor and develop staff
11. Ability to travel within the United States
