About the Role

In this role, you will be part of the Inventory Management team, responsible for translating our product vision into financial strategy by managing our company's most valuable asset: our products. You will drive the success of one or more product categories by developing a financial roadmap aligned with brand strategy and customer needs. Passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis in a fashion retail environment, along with creativity in forecasting and financial planning, is essential. A curiosity-driven, innovative, and customer-focused mindset, combined with strong analytical and storytelling skills, and a collaborative approach, will help you succeed.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities across divisions and departments.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising to develop and communicate comprehensive strategies that align future financial and product opportunities.
  • Create preseason sales, gross margin, and inventory plans that support product strategies by division and department.
  • Reconcile top-down and bottom-up division/department plans.
  • Review and analyze actual sales results against plans, and forecast in-season sales and inventories weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Work with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices, and develop system knowledge.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Visual, Production, Distribution, Planning, and Company Planning.
Who You Are
  • Proficient in Excel, with strong technical skills and systems knowledge.
  • Team-oriented, capable of building constructive relationships with diverse business partners.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic agility, able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and rally others to action.
