Job summary

Peterson Technology Partners seeks an Oracle EPM Manager to design, develop, implement, and govern Oracle EPM and related financial systems for Reynolds Consumer Products. You will lead projects and collaborate with IT and business teams.

The role emphasizes governance, AI-enabled enhancements, and delivering accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting. A strong background in FP&A tech and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the implementations and/or support of ORACLE EPM Applications (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM).
• Led business analytics & reporting solution build and delivery.
• CPG/Manufacturing experience (consulting or industry).
• IT Project Life-cycle experience in design, configurations, testing, master data management, and post go-live.
• Extensive experience managing projects with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide thought leadership on best practices and emerging technologies for Finance functions.
• Support, plan, and manage IT project deliverables with internal and external resources.
• Accountable for the design and governance of FP&A technology.
• Identify AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle EPM applications to improve forecasting and reporting.
• Drive implementation of software from design through hypercare with internal and external resources.
• Manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity to minimize risk when partnering with providers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address problems and deliver quality solutions.
