Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a hybrid Oracle EPM Lead in Lake Forest, IL to drive design, implementation, governance, and support of FCCS/EPBCS/EDM across finance. You will lead FP&A, consolidations, reporting, planning, and forecasting initiatives and identify AI-enabled capabilities for automation and decision support.

Qualifications include a BS in IS/Finance, 6+ years with Oracle EPM, strong analytics and stakeholder management, and preference for experience in CPG/manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of Oracle EPM implementation and support experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM).
• Experience delivering business analytics and reporting solutions.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• CPG or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and support of Oracle EPM applications across the finance organization.
• Drive finance technology initiatives, including FP&A, consolidations, reporting, planning, and forecasting solutions.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled capabilities to improve forecasting, reporting automation, data validation, and decision support.
