Job summary

Harris Williams is seeking an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist to support the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of our Oracle EPM applications. This role will focus on FCCS, ARCS, and EDMC while coordinating with Oracle ERP data and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM, strong hands-on expertise with the listed modules, and a solid understanding of ERP finance data and general ledger processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with Oracle EPM and related modules.
• Hands-on experience with FCCS, ARCS, EDMC.
• Experience with Oracle ERP General Ledger and Fusion Essbase.
• Experience with Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Experience budgeting and forecasting, reconciliations, and close processes.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and close processes.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and ongoing development of Oracle EPM applications.
• Support and maintain core Oracle EPM modules, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMC.
• Develop and maintain consolidation, reconciliation, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Work with Fusion Essbase cubes and EPM data models.
• Develop and maintain reports using Smart View and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Support data loads and integrations from Oracle ERP into Oracle EPM.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to support financial reporting and planning processes.
