Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Manager, IT Finance Systems to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions, with a focus on Oracle EPM (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM) and a broader Finance transformation program.

You will drive Oracle EPM strategy, delivery, and support, manage cross-functional projects from design through deployment, and partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems, including SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of Oracle EPM experience (FCCS, EPBCS, EDM).
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EPM strategy, delivery, and support.
• Drive Finance systems projects from design through deployment.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities for forecasting, reporting, and planning.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes and systems.
• Support Finance initiatives within our SAP S/4HANA transformation.
