Performance Architects, Inc. is seeking Associate Consultants for its Oracle EPM practice in Boston. You will be exposed to all phases of the project lifecycle and participate in both business and technical analysis and solution development.

No prior consulting experience required: we will invest in training and development to help you build a career in technology consulting. Candidates with 1–3 years in finance, accounting, FP&A, data analytics, or IT are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in business or IT.
• 1–3 years in finance, accounting, FP&A, data analytics, or IT.
• Exposure to ERP/EPM tools is a plus but not required.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting and consolidation preferred.
• Willingness to participate in full consulting/project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist across the project lifecycle from requirements to training.
• Support business and technical analysis and solution development.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver improvements.
