Performance Architects, Inc. is hiring Consultants for our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice with expertise in Oracle ARCS. You will participate in all phases of the project lifecycle and help shape the future of Performance Architects.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in business or IT fields.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation and accounting preferred.
• Experience across full consulting or IT project lifecycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, training).
• Oracle EPM (ARCS, FCCS, EPM Cloud) hands-on experience required.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support documentation, development, testing, and training across workstreams.
• Produce high-quality work and assist with problem solving using various tools.
• Contribute to project delivery with unit testing and proper documentation.
• Provide guidance to junior resources.
• Demonstrate agility in changing environments.
