Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM applications.
• Deep proficiency in Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP and GL systems (EBS, SAP).
• Experience with Oracle EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, EPCM).
• Familiarity with ODI and data integration tooling.
• Proficiency in Python or Linux shell scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Position Summary

As a Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Architect specializing in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Data Integration (DI), you will serve as a lead technical subject matter expert. You will design and implement complex data governance and integration architectures that enable "Digital World Class®" performance for Fortune 100 clients. Your role is to bridge the gap between financial business processes and technical EPM Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Design and govern enterprise-wide metadata and data structures using Oracle EDM to ensure consistency across ERP and EPM landscapes.
• Solution Design: Gather complex requirements and translate them into scalable process, functional, and technical designs.
• Data Integration: Build and support automated integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP, GL systems, and EPM modules (Planning, FCCS, ARCS) using EPM Integration Agent and Data Management.
• Automation: Develop automation scripts using EPM Automate, REST APIs, and scripting languages like Python or Groovy.
• Client Advisory: Lead project execution, manage timelines/risks, and present strategic recommendations to senior client management.
• Mentorship: Coach junior staff and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery within budget.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM applications.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep proficiency in Oracle EDM (Enterprise Data Management).
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, GL systems (EBS, SAP), Oracle EPM modules (Cloud Planning, Freeform, FCC, ARCS, EPCM).
• Working knowledge of integration tools and technologies compatible with Oracle EPM Cloud, such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
• Expertise or working knowledge in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services) modules: Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Strategic Modeling.
• Proven skill in Oracle EDM and Data Integration (DI) and migrating artifacts across environments.
• Scripting: Familiarity with Python, Linux Shell scripting, or Batch processing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (MBA Finance preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical impact to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Oracle Cloud Certifications: "Oracle Data Integration Implementation Essentials" or " Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS/EDM) Implementation Professional".
• Domain Knowledge: Strong background in finance, accounting, or business benchmarking.
• Modern Data Architecture: Familiarity with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
