Job summary

My3Tech Inc. is seeking a senior Oracle EBS developer to lead end‑to‑end customization and integration across AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR and Time and Labor.

You will gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide production support in Linux/Oracle Cloud environments. The role requires 8+ years with Oracle EBS, Oracle Developer Suite, PL/SQL, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years coding and implementing Oracle eBusiness Suite software solutions including AP, GL, Purchasing.
• 8+ years with iRecruitment, HR, and Time and Labor modules.
• 8+ years proficiency with Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports) and PL/SQL.
• 8+ years in systems analysis and design.
• 8+ years experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint and related tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; self‑directed and motivated.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD workflows.
• Extensive experience in Linux server environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ in multiple modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to modify programs using Oracle standards.
• Perform complex system administration, maintenance, and production support.
• Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement programs and systems.
• Develop and execute unit and system tests; support user acceptance testing.
• Define input/output requirements and turnover of changes to production.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical docs.
• Perform related work as required.

Job description

Responsibilities Include:

• Executing application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above, including, but not limited to, the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time and Labor modules
• Gathering and analyzing business requirements through interviews and observations to develop and modify program applications utilizing Oracle application standards and tools
• Performs complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Designing, developing, modifying, testing, debugging, and implementing programs and systems.
• Developing and executing unit and system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing
• Defining input and output requirements and supporting turnover of program changes into the production system
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Performing related work as required

Extensive technical experience working w/ Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2 or above w/in Linux server environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastruct
