Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS/ERP Developer to design, develop, and optimize ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. You will collaborate with analysts, DBAs, and project managers to deliver scalable ERP solutions across critical business functions.

You will lead end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of sophisticated software, mentor junior developers, and drive modernization initiatives including Oracle Cloud integrations and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years ERP/Oracle EBS experience
• Associate degree plus 10 years ERP/Oracle EBS experience
• High school diploma plus 12 years ERP/Oracle EBS experience
• 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience
• Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations
• Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development
• Experience in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments

Senior Oracle EBS/ E-Business Suite / ERP Developer

Description:

The Senior ERP Developer is responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role provides technical leadership for enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting, and operational support initiatives across critical business functions.

The Senior ERP Developer collaborates closely with business analysts, functional teams, DBAs, integration teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable ERP solutions.

Responsibilities include solution design, code development, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, deployment coordination, and mentoring junior developers.

This role plays a key part in modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies, automation, integration frameworks, and enterprise application transformation efforts.

• Serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects, partnering closely with designers, analysts and other developers to create new programs and applications.
• Serves as lead for significant components or entire projects, making critical technical recommendations that influence the team and collaborates with developers across other business lines.
