Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an Oracle EBS Time & Labor Business Analyst to support a DoD multi-Agency program. The role involves functional analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor within a DoD-EBS R12 environment.

You will work with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and testers to deliver scalable solutions, validate data, and support post-implementation activities. A DoD background and strong SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with DoD/Federal Oracle EBS experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle EBS Time & Labor and related modules (P2P, B2R, CLM, A2R, O2C) is essential.
• Ability to write SQL queries and validate data in EBS environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional analysis, solution design, and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor.
• Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, and Testers to deliver scalable, supportable solutions.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts; support issue resolution across teams.
