Job summary

CACI is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Budget to Report (B2R) team for a DoD program. You will analyze requirements, perform testing, and provide production support in a federal environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, leverage GL/FV/SLA knowledge, and contribute to reporting, budgeting, and financial processes using Oracle EBS R12. U.S. citizenship and eligibility for IT-II background investigation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; DoD/Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• 5+ years of DoD/Federal Oracle EBS experience including B2R, P2P, CLM, A2R, O2C.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Experience with GL/FV/SLA and sub-ledger accounting.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain IT-II background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform as an Oracle EBS B2R functional analyst including testing and production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to produce scalable solutions.
• Recommend solutions aligned with the program’s Global Model and enterprise standards.
• Work in Business Intelligence - Data Management and Reporting Solutions.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts.
• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support and manage multiple tasks.
