Job summary

CACI International is seeking an Oracle EBS Time & Labor Business Analyst to join a DoD-focused program. You will analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement Oracle TL within an integrated EBS R12 environment.

You’ll collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions and provide end-user support. The role requires DoD Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL and testing skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced government contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS implementation experience.
• Experience with maintenance support of Oracle EBS R12 Federal Financials, including Time and Labor (TL), Procure to Pay (P2P), Budget to Report (B2R), CLM, A2R, and O2C.
• Working knowledge of DoD Time and Labor procedures.
• Ability to write SQL queries.
• Experience writing and executing functional test scenarios.
• Experience writing and maintaining functional specifications and configuration documents.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
• Ability to multitask among changing priorities and respond effectively to issues in a competitive, multi-customer environment.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution related documents.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform as an Oracle EBS Time and Labor Functional Analyst responsible for functional analysis, solutioning, design, and implementation of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies.
• Provide recommendations for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Work in Business Intelligence, Data Management and Reporting Solutions.
• Create, modify, and execute test plans and scripts.
• Analyze and solution issues, and assist cross-functional teams testing and implementing resolutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 end-user support.
