Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno‑Functional Product Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Release 12.1.3 Finance. The role blends 70% technical work with 30% functional responsibilities in a manufacturing setting.

You will architect financial solutions, develop custom components, manage data conversions, and support core financial modules across the enterprise, collaborating with on‑site and offshore teams in a hybrid model based in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Financials in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory Costing, Cash Management, Advanced Collections.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Oracle EBS solutions (RICEFW) including reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
• Develop Oracle ERP solutions using Forms/Reports, PL/SQL, Unix Shell Scripts, and BI Publisher.
• Manage data conversions and migrations from legacy systems to Oracle EBS and coordinate CRPs, UAT, and deployments.
