Regal Rexnord Corp seeks an experienced Oracle EBS TechnoFunctional Product Lead with 5–7 years in a manufacturing setting. The role blends 70% technical design with 30% functional input, focusing on finance modules, data conversions, and ERP customization.

You will architect financial solutions, develop components, and support core modules across the enterprise in a hybrid model at Regal Rexnord locations, with travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of handson experience with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Financials in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Inventory Costing, Cash Management, Advanced Collections.
• Ability to configure Oracle Financial modules and perform Fit/Gap analysis.
• Experience developing interfaces, conversions, and customizations in Oracle EBS.
• Strong understanding of accounting flows across OrdertoCash, ProcuretoPay, and Manufacturing.
• Experience conducting CRPs, UAT cycles, and supporting full lifecycle ERP implementations.
• Excellent documentation skills and experience with onsite and offshore teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and conversion activities for INV, OM, AR, WIP, BOM, AP, and PO modules.
• Design, build, test, and deploy custom Oracle RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Develop solutions using PL/SQL, SQL, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, Form Personalization, WEBADI, and other Oracle tools.
• Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EBS applications.
• Lead Oracle data conversion activities and support migration from legacy systems.
• Coordinate CRPs, UAT, and implementation activities.
• Provide integrated systems planning and recommend technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and mentor technical team members.
• Understand and manage integrations with bolton applications such as Esker, Concur, and Bank Interfaces.
• Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights to business and IT stakeholders.
• Produce highquality documentation for solution designs, configurations, and technical components.
