EB's Finance Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is growing its team that supports our Oracle EBS R12 financial modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Projects, Billing, and Tax Books) as we continue our Digital Transformation journey. Our use of Oracle EBS includes some critical custom software modifications as well as native Oracle processes. This role will collaborate with our IT Software Engineers and Finance/Accounting personnel to support the development and implementation of procedures to populate, source, and accurately manage Electric Boat's Accounting, Asset, and Tax information within the Oracle Finance modules and to improve the systems' functionality and ease of use.

For this role, we are searching for mid-career or advanced candidates that have significant experience working within Oracle EBS, preferably in highly regulated industries and/or in Project Accounting, but most importantly with a willingness and eagerness to learn.

Tasks include:

Preferred:

• 5+ years experience with Oracle EBS Financial Modules
• Familiarity with Oracle Project Accounting
• Experience working for a Government Contractor or in Defense
• Experience working in a SOX-controlled financial environment
• Knowledge of EB's business systems, particularly the Finance Oracle and Mainframe systems
