Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst, Supply Planning to drive IT solutions in Oracle EBS, focusing on supply planning and integration with upstream/downstream systems.

You will lead functional specs, collaborate with global teams, and ensure effective deployment of IT solutions across the organization. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in senior roles, strong communication, and deep Oracle EBS expertise in R12 Supply Chain, with experience in global manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS or related field.
8+ years in a senior or principal business analyst or similar role.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain module, especially Supply planning.
Experience optimizing demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience developing supply planning insights within Oracle EBS and collaborating with analytics teams.
Strong techno-functional skills for integrating Oracle EBS with external systems using APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs, and file interfaces.
Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 in a global manufacturing and distribution environment.
Career growth shown through handling complex initiatives.
Very strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues into business language.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between business teams and IT to elicit requirements and validate changes.
Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, deployment of Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite apps.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Procurement, and analytics stakeholders to document needs and drive design.
Lead development of functional specifications, implementation, maintenance, and support for Supply chain within Oracle EBS.
Drive techno-functional solution design and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
Provide technical leadership leveraging Oracle configuration expertise and best practices for Supply chain functions.
Serve as SME for Oracle Supply Planning.
Partner with cross-functional groups to implement new or improved IT-related processes for business, financial, and operational systems.
