Job summary

MKS Instruments, Inc. is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst for Order Management in Andover, MA. This role collaborates with IT and business teams to optimize Oracle EBS processes, drive integration with external systems, and lead functional design across the order-to-cash spectrum.

You will report to the Director, IT Business Systems and support a hybrid work schedule with up to 5% travel. Strong communication and deep Oracle EBS knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in senior or principal business analyst roles.
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 for Order Management, pricing, intercompany, scheduling, shipping and receivables integration.
• Techno-functional design experience for Oracle EBS integrations (APIs, middleware, EDI, concurrent programs).
• Experience in global manufacturing and distribution environments.
• Strong communication skills, ability to translate issues into business language.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business teams and IT to elicit requirements and validate changes.
• Collaborate with global teams to design, develop, deploy, and enhance Oracle EBS applications.
• Lead development of functional specifications for sales and order management within Oracle EBS.
• Drive solution design and integration with upstream and downstream systems.
• Provide technical leadership for automating order management functions and act as SME for Oracle Order Management.
• Partner with cross-functional groups to implement new IT-related business processes.
