Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle program leader to drive cross‑functional ERP projects, focusing on Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Planning. You will collaborate with executives to define scope, refine processes, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Ideal candidates bring multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud/EBS implementations, strong OUM and Agile knowledge, and experience guiding large teams through complex change initiatives in a US‑based environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Three years of progressive experience can substitute for every year of education.
Experience with Oracle SCM modules including Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Supply Chain Planning is required.
Knowledge of Oracle Project Methodology (OUM), Agile, and testing strategies (CRP, SIT/UAT) is expected.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.
Engage with senior stakeholders to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes.
Refine project management processes with best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies for better outcomes.
Monitor project margins and align performance with financial targets.
Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to drive Go‑to‑Market strategies.
Oversee resource allocation and set performance objectives for teams.
Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps for adoption of project‑driven transformations.
