The role requires 5+ years with EBS R2R, ITIL/ITSM experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to travel as needed. Bachelor's degree is required; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with medium to large EBS R2R environments.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM framework knowledge and service desk understanding.
• Proven ability to interact with clients and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with professionals to manage day-to-day EBS R2R operations.
• Lead a distributed managed services team providing level 2/3 support.
• Deliver KPI/SLA reports and insights with performance dashboards.
• Oversee maintenance activities and gather business/functional requirements.
• Support release planning and build functional specifications for future upgrades.
• Investigate incidents and drive continuous service improvements.
