Job summary

Trinamix is seeking a highly experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead to guide large-scale implementations and transformations. This remote role supports US-based clients and requires hands-on leadership across GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

You will partner with finance stakeholders to map processes, design solutions, and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience and a track record of delivering enterprise programs

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials.
• Strong implementation and consulting experience in Oracle EBS Finance projects.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end Oracle EBS Finance programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional and global delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle EBS Financials.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to optimize business processes.
• Drive requirements, fit-gap, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and client discussions.
• Provide functional leadership and mentoring to project teams.
• Support finance transformation and process optimization initiatives.
• Ensure accounting controls, reconciliation, and reporting best practices.
• Participate in estimation, pre-sales, and solutioning discussions.
