Job summary

A leading technology firm in Virginia is looking for an Oracle EBS General Ledger/Record to Report lead. This full-time position involves leading implementations, running workshops, and configuring Oracle EBS systems. Ideal candidates have significant experience in Record to Report modules and must be capable of working in teams while maintaining excellent communication and analysis skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates must be able to obtain Federal Clearance.

Qualifications

Your Role and Responsibilities

This role will be the Oracle EBS General Ledger/Record to Report (R2R) lead for an implementation of EBS.

Preferred Education

• ​Bachelor’s Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.x, including understanding/analyzing client requirements, running discovery workshops and Conference Room Pilots, designing the to‑be process in Oracle (including any integrations), and configuring the system
• Significant experience with the Record to Report workstream (including the following Oracle EBS Modules: General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable) to address client processes and requirements
• Ability to work in a team
• Good analysis and communication skills along with experience completing RICE and Configuration documentation
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Clearance at some point in the role

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience supporting conversion activities
• Professional Certification (e.g. Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant)
• Experience with Management/Compliance Financial Reporting as well as Federal functional knowledge, Federal accounting skills, and Federal reporting
• Experience working with Confluence and Jira
