Job summary

Authority Partners is seeking an Oracle EBS Application Support Lead in Houston to own day-to-day L1/L2 support operations, mentor a team, and serve as the client-facing bridge to L3 engineering.

The ideal candidate has deep Oracle EBS functional knowledge (AP, AR, GL) or Oracle Projects, with strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with ITSM tools and SQL for data investigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Experience leading or mentoring a support team.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience with SQL for data investigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor L1/L2 Support Analysts, set priorities, review work quality, and support development.
• Coach on issue resolution and documentation standards.
• Onboard new analysts to client environment, ITSM tooling, and processes.
• Serve as primary client contact, deliver status updates and escalations.
• Collaborate with L3 engineers on complex issues and ensure proper handoff.
