Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) RICEF Technical Consultant with knowledge in EBS RICEF changes – including CEMLI, OAF, REST API and APEX. The role focuses on end‑to‑end implementation activities and solving upgrade issues, data migration, and interface design within the Oracle ERP lifecycle. Location: United States, travel may be required.

Bachelor’s degree required; U.S. persons preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience minimum one Oracle EBS 12.2.xx upgrade - end-to-end implementation.
• Understanding of catalogue customizations, assessing technical impact, remediating change impact to forms, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
• Experience in system integrations (internal and external) and batch scheduling.
• Understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
• Preferred qualifications include EBS modules, APEX and REST APIs, patch issues, performance tuning, strong communication, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end implementation activities including functional design, technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Resolve upgrade issues and develop customizations using PL/SQL.
• Support product service requests and develop robust scripts to validate RICEF.
• Drive ongoing implementation, fit-gap analysis, and provide solutions to gaps and production issues.
• Handle data extraction, migration processes, interface design and implementation life cycle of Oracle ERP.
