Job summary

Peraton is seeking a seasoned Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead to provide hands-on technical leadership for the BEP MES environment. You will lead analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of MES capabilities built on Oracle ERP, including customized ERP modules and integrations with manufacturing and enterprise systems.

This hybrid role requires on-site work three days per week in Washington, DC, with periodic travel to Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
8+ years professional experience with Oracle EBS or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in MES/ERP environments and complex integrations
Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying Oracle EBS/MES solutions
Experience leading Agile teams and SAFe delivery
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for the BEP Oracle EBS/MES environment and ERP modules
Translate business and manufacturing requirements into technical solutions and interfaces
Lead design, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities
Guide Agile team members responsible for MES development, integration, testing, and production support
Support SAFe delivery with Epics, Features, Stories, and release planning
Design and support integrations between MES/Oracle EBS and manufacturing and enterprise systems
