Job summary

Americhem is seeking an Oracle EBS Lead to provide techno-functional leadership across the design, delivery, integration, and support of Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x solutions. The role partners with business and IT to translate enterprise requirements into scalable O2C, SCM, WMS, and Financials solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience including leadership in R12.2.x environments.
• Proven end-to-end delivery across O2C, SCM, WMS, Financials; OPM experience preferred.
• Experience leading implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle EBS roadmap, enhancements, upgrades, and support priorities.
• Partner with business process owners to assess current/future states and design scalable solutions across O2C, SCM, WMS, Financials, and OPM.
• Own solution architecture and technical design for extensions, interfaces, reports, workflows, and forms with minimal customization.
• Direct technical delivery using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Web ADI, APIs, and concurrent programs.
• Lead integration design and support between Oracle EBS and WMS, 3PL, ecommerce, data, and other platforms.
• Establish development, documentation, version-control, testing, security, and deployment standards.
• Plan and coordinate testing (unit, integration, regression, user acceptance) and ensure production readiness.
• Mentor developers and analysts; manage project plans, budgets, risks, and status.
