Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Lead to own and optimize finance processes across Record-to-Report and Cost Accounting. You will partner with Finance and IT to translate business needs into practical solutions and deliver sustainable improvements.

The role requires 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience, including GL/AP/AR/FA/SLA, with SQL and BI reporting skills. Hybrid schedule with offices in Princeton, Irvine, and other U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Finance experience.
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA processes.
• SQL for analysis and BI tools experience (OTBI, Power BI).
• Experience with cost accounting and R2R cycles.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on functional support for Oracle EBS Finance and Record-to-Report.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, SLA).
• Support cost updates, WIP-to-GL reconciliations, period close and reporting.
• Gather requirements, write functional specs, support testing, document, and partner with IT.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls.
