Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Oracle SCM Functional Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives in a hybrid work model. The role focuses on Oracle SCM EBS architecture across Inventory, Order Management, and Shipping with emphasis on WMS.

You will define SCM structures, manage BRDs/FDDs, and oversee delivery from requirements to go-live, mentoring L2 teams and coordinating with cross-functional IT and business stakeholders. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience implementing and supporting WMS functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle WMS processes including picking, putaway, inventory, replenishment.
• Excellent English communication skills and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional architecture across Oracle SCM EBS modules (Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, WMS).
• Define Warehouse Management rules and configurations; manage BRDs, FDDs, and Process Design Documents.
• Drive delivery phases: requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live support; manage data migration strategies.
