Wisdom Infotech in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an accomplished ERP Project Manager to lead the TB Wood’s migration from ManMan to Oracle EBS. This hands-on delivery role coordinates cross-functional IT, business, and change teams from mobilization through go-live and hypercare.

The role demands ownership of integrated plans, risk mitigation, and disciplined execution across design, data, testing, cutover, and stabilization to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of IT project management experience in manufacturing ERP environments.
• Demonstrated success leading a large Oracle EBS migration or implementation, on-premises preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes including order-to-cash, plan-to-produce, procure-to-pay, inventory and logistics.
• Experience with data conversion, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ability to create and manage detailed integrated schedules and ownership across workstreams.
• Strong financial and vendor-management skills, including budget tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end ManMan-to-Oracle EBS migration from mobilization to go-live and hypercare.
• Build and manage the integrated project schedule, milestones, dependencies, and budget.
• Coordinate workstreams across order management, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, engineering, and finance.
• Clarify scope, assign owners, secure resources, and establish governance.
• Facilitate kickoff, delivery reviews, and leadership updates.
• Maintain project controls for risks, actions, issues, decisions, and milestones.
• Oversee data cleansing, conversion, validation, and cutover planning.
• Ensure test cycles meet entry/exit criteria with stakeholder sign-off.
• Develop contingency plans and command-center go-live readiness.
• Manage external partners and monitor performance against commitments.
• Communicate project information clearly to executives and site stakeholders.
