Envision Technology Solutions in Chambersburg, PA seeks an hands-on Delivery Project Manager to own the end-to-end ERP implementation. You will align business, IT, data, and change management teams, driving integrated planning from mobilization through go-live and hypercare.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT project management for manufacturing ERP, with Oracle EBS migration experience and strong governance, risk, and stakeholder leadership. This role is on-site in Chambersburg, PA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management in manufacturing ERP environments.
• Led large cross-functional Oracle EBS implementations or migrations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing ERP processes (O2C, P2P, MRP, WMS).
• Experience with data conversion, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the ManMan-to-Oracle EBS migration from mobilization to go-live.
• Baseline and manage integrated project schedule, milestones, dependencies, deliverables and budget.
• Coordinate business and IT workstreams across order management, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, finance and logistics.
• Partner with leaders to clarify scope, establish ownership, and governance.
• Facilitate kickoff, weekly reviews, updates, and readiness reviews.
• Maintain project controls: risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies and changes.
• Drive delivery of key deliverables: process docs, gap dispositions, test plans, cutover, training.
• Lead data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation and validation with clear ownership.
• Ensure test cycles with entry/exit criteria and defect triage.
• Develop integrated cutover and contingency plans including go-live and stabilization.
• Manage external partners against scope, schedule, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Communicate complex project information clearly to executives and teams.
