Account Service Delivery Manager | IT Solutions Expert

Job Overview

The position primarily involves providing solutions for the Parts Portal systems and processes according to customer requirements. Responsibilities include leading requirements elicitation, creating Application Architecture Documents (AAD), designing artifacts, reviewing team deliverables, delivering high-quality code, supporting deployment and post-deployment activities, supporting transition activities, interfacing with internal teams and stakeholders, and analyzing and resolving issues to ensure high-quality deliverables throughout the SDLC within established guidelines, policies, and norms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be within commuting distance of Columbus, IN, or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS Suite Release 11i & R12, including modules like AP, AR, OM, INV, PO, HRMS, OPM, AOL, and System Administration.
• Expertise in Salesforce and Oracle EBS (R12 and 11i) technical and functional aspects.
• Experience with SFDC implementations, including Salesforce1, Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Chatter, and AppExchange.
• Experience supporting international clients and go-live projects, including onsite experience.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML/BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with OPM, SCM modules, Finance modules, HRMS modules.
• Knowledge of AOL and System Administration Modules.
• Experience implementing RICE components, converting functional specifications into technical designs, and deployment.
• Understanding of Oracle AIM methodology, Cloud Integration, Conversions, Reports.
• Proficiency with Oracle tools and utilities like XML Publisher, TOAD, SQL*PLUS, SQL*Loader, and scripting languages.
