Job summary

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of IT experience with ERP delivery leadership.
• Proven Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, and support at scale.
• Strong techno-functional skills across Oracle EBS modules, integrations, and controls.
• Experience with compliance, disaster recovery, modernization, and security.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced product environments (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication for business, IT, vendors, and leadership audiences.
• AI/automation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, and support for the Americas.
• Convert changing business needs into clear delivery scope, risks, and next steps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, offshore teams, and vendors across time zones.
• Oversee architecture alignment, solution readiness, and KPI/SLA tracking.
• Ensure SOX compliance, security, data protection, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across ERP processes.
