Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS delivery leader for the Americas. You will drive delivery, clarify business needs, assess options, and oversee architecture alignment, readiness, and governance with stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and vendor partners.

The role requires strong Oracle EBS experience and techno-functional leadership to guide planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across Finance and operations.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of IT experience with significant ERP delivery leadership.
• Proven Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, and support at scale; Fusion experience is a plus.
• Strong techno-functional skills across ERP processes, integrations, reporting, controls, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, support, governance, and status reporting for the Americas business
• Turn ambiguous or changing business needs into clear delivery scope, options, risks, dependencies, architecture review needs, and next steps
• Communicate clearly with business, IT Business Partner, vendor, and leadership audiences, keeping decisions, risks, and next steps visible
• Coordinate with Americas stakeholders, offshore India, and other regions, ensuring clear communication and handoffs across time zones
• Manage vendor and system integrator delivery against priorities, timelines, outcomes, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, and escalations
• Oversee Oracle EBS delivery across modules, integrations, data, reporting, controls, and operations
• Provide strong techno-functional leadership across Oracle EBS Finance and operational modules, with AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, and PA prioritized
• Support compliance, controls, audit readiness, SOX considerations, security, access, data protection, and ERP delivery risk management
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams on disaster recovery, resiliency, modernization, and cyber risk reduction
• Lead stabilization, KPI/SLA tracking, service improvement, automation, and process optimization for Oracle EBS and related ERP processes
