Job summary

Americhem is seeking an Oracle EBS Lead to provide techno-functional leadership for design, delivery, integration, and support of Oracle EBS R12.2.x solutions. You will partner with business and IT to translate enterprise requirements into scalable solutions across O2C, SCM, WMS, Oracle Financials, and OPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS techno-functional experience in R12.2.x.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery across O2C, SCM, WMS and Financials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oracle EBS roadmap, upgrades, and support priorities.
• Collaborate with business/IT to design scalable O2C, SCM, WMS, Financials solutions.
• Own architecture and design for extensions, interfaces, reports, and forms.
• Direct technical delivery using SQL, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, APIs.
• Lead integrations between EBS and WMS/3PL/e-commerce and other platforms.
• Establish standards for development, testing, security, and deployment.
• Coordinate testing cycles and production readiness for releases.
• Assess patches, upgrades, and enhancements; manage risk and adoption.
• Mentor developers and analysts; communicate decisions to leadership.
