Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS delivery leader to drive architecture-aligned delivery across the Americas. You will partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to clarify needs, plan delivery, and ensure solution readiness for ERP programs.

The role requires deep Oracle EBS expertise, strong techno-functional leadership, and excellent communication to navigate a fast-paced product model. Fusion experience and automation ideas are a plus.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of IT experience with ERP delivery leadership.
• Proven Oracle EBS delivery, enhancement, stabilization, and support at scale; Fusion experience a plus.
• Strong techno-functional skills across Oracle EBS modules, integrations, reporting, controls, and operations.
• Experience with compliance, disaster recovery, modernization, security, and vendor management.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced product model, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to simplify ERP topics for diverse audiences.
• AI use for automation, testing support, delivery insights, or productivity improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivery, Architecture Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead Oracle EBS delivery, governance, and status reporting for the Americas.
• Distributed Delivery & Vendor Management: coordinate with offshore teams, manage vendors and SLAs.
• Oracle EBS Expertise: oversee Finance and operational modules, data, reporting, and controls.
• Compliance, Resiliency, Modernization & Security: support SOX, security, DR, and cyber risk reduction.
• Operations & Continuous Improvement: lead KPI/SLA tracking, automation, and process optimization.
