Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle/enterprise applications developer to support and expand the Fusion/Utilities environment. This hands-on role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, and ongoing application support.

You will collaborate with business teams and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, while maintaining system reliability and documenting configurations for long-term support.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in enterprise app development, analysis, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or comparable ERP platform.
• Experience with CCS, WAM/WACS, or OFSC is highly desired.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field; transcripts may be requested.
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Role

The Oracle Developers will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion/Utilities applications.
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.

Location & Work Arrangements:

1. On-Site (Preferred): Reside or relocate to within a reasonable daily commute to Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. (relo assistance to these areas is available from within the USA)
2. Remote: Presently reside in NY, PA or OH and are within six hours of Buffalo, Erie, or Dayton (periodic visits to the office are required).

Background Profile

Seeking an experienced enterprise applications professional with a solid understanding of Oracle Fusion/Utilities Cloud or a comparable enterprise ERP/application environment.

Required Background

• At least 5 years of experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (Utilities Cloud preferred) or a comparable enterprise ERP platform, including enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Customer Cloud Service (CCS)
  • Work and Asset Management (WAM) / Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS)
  • Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)
• Experience with enterprise application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.
