Top Echelon LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support Fusion Cloud HCM in a growing cloud environment. This hands-on role involves development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support across business and IT teams.

Candidates should have 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits) and strong analytical and communication skills.

Role

The Oracle Developer will support the company’s growing Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment. This is a hands-on enterprise applications role involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
• Work with functional business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
• Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with data engineers and application architects to align solutions with enterprise standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and help maintain system reliability.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
• Work with outside vendors and implementation partners to support knowledge transfer and long-term application support.

Location & Work Arrangements:

1. On-Site (Preferred): Reside or relocate to within a reasonable daily commute to Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. (relo assistance to these areas is available from within the USA)
2. Remote: Presently reside in NY, PA or OH and are within six hours of Buffalo, Erie, or Dayton (periodic visits to the office are required).

Examples of Target Markets*:

• New York: Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, and surrounding areas
• Pennsylvania: Erie, Pittsburgh, Allentown, and surrounding areas
• Ohio: Dayton, Columbus, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Toledo, Akron, and surrounding areas

*The cities listed above are examples of larger target markets and are not intended to limit the geographic area for remote candidates. Candidates anywhere within the defined six-hour travel radius in NY, PA, or OH may be considered.

Required Background:

• At least 5 years of Oracle Developer experience supporting enterprise application development, systems analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred
• Professional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including a mix of Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and/or Security, including application configuration, extensions, integrations, or development.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and/or major platform transitions highly desired.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Transcripts will be required.
• Local to one of the listed areas or willing to relocate upon hire.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA without any form of sponsorship, now and in the future.

The salary range represents the anticipated compensation for this position. Actual salary will be based on job-related factors, including relevant skills, experience, education, certifications, qualifications, and demonstrated competencies. Candidates whose qualifications and experience most closely exceed the requirements of the position may be considered for compensation at the upper end of the range.
