Job summary

Adaptive Solutions Group seeks a Software Engineer - Enterprise Project Systems to join our team in the St. Louis area. You will analyze, design, develop, test, configure, and support enterprise software applications and platform enhancements.

You will implement, troubleshoot, and maintain solutions that support project, portfolio, and operational processes, while developing and optimizing database queries, views, and ETL workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience writing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and supporting DB-driven apps.
• Experience with ETL processes and data integration workflows.
• Experience troubleshooting, log analysis, and system administration activities.
• Experience with enterprise PM, workflow, or business process platforms.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration concepts.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and support moderately complex software solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, configure, and support enterprise software applications.
• Implement and maintain solutions that support project, portfolio, and operational processes.
• Develop and optimize database queries and ETL workloads.
• Configure and support enterprise project management and workflow platforms.
• Participate in app administration, performance monitoring, and platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze logs, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create technical documentation including testing procedures and troubleshooting guides.
• Support integration development and API connectivity between apps.
• Contribute to Agile delivery, peer reviews, and production deployments.
